and was rewarded with an instant increase of another 13 MHz on my FSB. Can't wait for the 6400+ BE and new mobo to arrive, can't get any temp reading. readings for this crappy mobo.

Not that I recommend this, it'll invalidate any warranty, you need a steady hand and the confidence to go through with it as there are capacitor networks just under that lid, one slip and it's dead (or you spill claret!). Practice on an old processor first, and if you need info just google 'IHS removal'!
