I have not the slightest clue on how to do it, how much I can do it before it blows up. Could someone point me in the right direction?

start by increasing the fsb by tiny increments like 5mhz and then bootin into windows and running something like prime 95, 3dmark 06 or super pi to test for stability. You should be able to get to around the 3.6ghz or so mark using the stock cooling and keeping good temps, without increasing the vcore. Bear in mind that you will also need good memory that overclocks also
