This isnt a very bad issue, it is spyware/malware/ADware, what is to worry is what it is installing, its a downloader so it opens a back door and installs stuff.

This is a must!!!!

Do as the previous post states after running Adaware and post a HJT log, this is very important.

How did you get infected? I can suggest several ways and how to cure them.
You never mentioned what OS you are running...???
