It nasty spyware, and you need to get rid of it.

From the "Dldr" part of the name, it maybe some sort of dialler for hijacking your internet connection.

You need to run some anti-crapware tools and get rid of it.

Dldr = Dowloader

You should be able to get rid of it easily by updating your virus definintions.

Might try Mcafee Stinger as well

It looks more like malware.
Its definetly a downloader that installs adware.

There are many means of infection, through an open port, a BHO or various scripts....

Once you find the files, generaly random named files running, they can be stopped then deleted.

Run with updated defs for all of your AV, but mostly anti-spyware programs such as adaware and spybot or others that you use... Do this in safe mode for best results and disconnect from the internet.

I dont know anything about this new FY varient but its definetly from the same family of downloaders....

Be it known that AntiVir is one of the most agressive scanners out there, this is good but sometimes gives you a false alarm of security.

I'm using avast! which is a very good scanner and almost fool proof (nothing is fool proof, only updated scanners are our best defense)

I highly recommend avast! to everyone. avast! unlike other virus scanner has technical support I'm running 2 antivirus programs at once with no issues at all, avast! and EZ by Computer Associates, EZ has not tech support. avast! btw has a built in "speech engine" which is cool and you can visualy know that avast! is working by it's revolving active icon everytime you open your browser, open a folder or right about anything you'll do, give you the secure feeling knowing your anti-virus program is working 8)
