I saw this thread a little late, hope I can still add something..

The about:buster is used to fix certain issues and needs a skilled tech to oversee it as its report is abit confusing, but its made to fix a certain bug and can do so with no skill.

There is also spyware guard which comes from the same makers of spyware blaster, and dont forget about IE-Spyad.

Installing FireFox may be a good idea as well and making it the default.
This will cure most web browser holes by removing scripting and activeX.
It wouldnt hurt to add some of the cool extensions that are available as well, tabbrowser prefernces is a must as well as foxytunes, even the ForecastFox, adblock, mapit, dictionary search or many other trusted extensions that make FF such a great browser. No doubt you will need to install javasuns to use java applets so the user doesnt run away from FF and go back to IE.

Most techs dont help their customers from being attacked again as this will take money out of your pocket in the future, but I do the same thing and applaud you for it.
