I hope I am in the correct forum. I am running Windows 7 professional, 64 bit OS. Trying to even run this computer is abysmal! Trying to do anything takes 20-30 minutes. Per the Task manager, I have multiple iexplore running at one time. CPU usage is usually at 100%. When I try and end their processes, it is only temporary. They pop right back up. I have run Lavasoft, Malware Bytes, Super Anti Spyware, Spybot and caught a few things but it is still doing it, but not as bad. It is taking me forever to even get online and type this info.

Any programs listed in the "start up" menu that shouldn't be? How many programs are automatically checking for updates or add-ons?
If running more than one firewall program, the system can bog down severely. Same with antivirus and malware duplicate programs. The Windows default firewall should be disabled, if using another similar program. Or vice versa.
The SysTray box should have maybe 5 icons active, besides the clock and speaker icon. More than that, and the system is top-heavy with programs that are wasting CPU cycles. Those "finder" and "IM" programs are most notorious.
Use the msconfig feature to disable unwanted programming from auto-starting. All will still be available on demand, not wasting CPU cycles. And hogging memory!
Whenever "sanitizing" a system, best to do so in 'safe' mode with the Windows restore feature disabled. Activate it again only after a few normal restarts, to ensure your cleansing is true. Otherwise, Windows will faithfully undo all your efforts on the next restart!

What system is this? Has it ever run properly with windows 7?

How long have you been running this windows installation? If installing/removing a lot of programs, using a lot of files on the disk a windows installation can slow down to a crawl.
