If you get an Email noting a court appearance notice, DON'T open it!
It is a scam, and may load malware into your computer.
This is an old scam, been around for years.
A court will send you a secure letter by mail, notifying you of appearance or duty! Many times, a sheriff or local police officer may hand-deliver a notice to you.
