I am running Linux Ubuntu on my computers I own, and I was wondering if there was any software available for Linux. I know that there aren't that many Linux virii out there, but I want to have that cushion of safety in case I get one. Any suggestions/reccomendations?

PS: I'd use WINE, but it's not AV compatible.

All you need do is Google.
Avast and AVG are some brands.

Yep. Best, it's AVG. And free.

Got it here.

Now, it's big. Gonna take a while.

*I didn't know AVG had Linux AV before this. I have even looked...

Erm.........I would go Avast, over AVG. The latest AVG is overbloated, slow, and a resource hog. Ended up unintalling it from both my computer and my mother's both have dramatically faster startup times, faster 'net browsing, and far less resource usage. AVG used to be really good, it's what I used for a long time..........just not so good anymore. Really up to you, though.
Faster than the speed of snot

Two wrongs don't make it right, but I sleep pretty good at night
