i think you need to turn off system restore while in regular mode, then reboot into safe mode...
but a hijackthis report would be good, too. ... 27353.html

Thanks I will try my best, but in terms of editing the registry I am not sure about it. I am using tune up in order to correct my registry. Most probably I will just consult it to the specialist here.

BACKUP the Registry first and foremost!
You don't get another chance if you whack it up!
Follow these guys instructions. We've all been there before.

I use CCleaner to delete extraneous crud in the Registry. (FREEWARE).
