Please don't resize your photos. I have a template I plug them all in to so they're the same size. Also, don't worry about cropping your image... I do that too.
(p.s. if you want some "touch ups" made before it's posted... let me know and I can help to some point. You may notice a few changes on your picture posted. I've removed extra people, shadows etc. I can do some pretty amazing things if need be. )

This may sound silly, but it would be cool if each photo was linked to their respective Profile, like a push-button type thing, a little like our Folding Sigs.
