I've seen a few vids of workers climbing cell phone towers. My favorite is the one with the helmet cam, looking down every so often. Bit of trivia here: OSHA does not require ANY safety equipment to be used, none at all. It would just get in the way, and could actually cause an accident. PDT_Armataz_01_23

I reviewed a few pages of this inmense topic and make a new discovery:

THE QUESTION ITSELF IS ERRONEOUS!

The forum mebers doesn´t changes ligthbulbs!!

They do a low level format of the ligthbulb and install the last version of the Ligthning System available

If the last LS version were previously intsalled they just buy a brand new room with the ligth bulb already installed and fully functional!!
