I don't see why it would be locked, other than a lack of use. They'll likely keep it till it gets old, then blow it up.

It was literally, last night. earth leakage circuit breaker activated because of electrical valve in heating system cr*pped out... Just what you want on a Friday night with freezing temp outside...

What are the odds. My parents had a similar problem, except they ran out of oil for the furnace.

And I figure the bulb will never be changed. Was there anybody that went out to buy a replacement one anyways?

That also happens here - transformers catch fire in -10 weather... And yeah, that bulb will never change, and it's lightbulb!
