How do those Rennasaince upgrades work? Anybody used them? Are they hard to install? My little bro has an ancient p133 and he would be anxious to upgrade if the price was right. Are they easy to install?

The cost under 300 with processor and RAM I believe...as long as you have a free 16bit ISA slot it should work...plug it in and go...

Quite alright, kanton. I think of most people on this board as male, since most of the people I know doing such things are male. I'll just have to go digging around for some pics of that Tandy. No problem, since it's summer and I'm bored.

Well I don't use it as my main system anymore but I still have a p133mhz that I hook up to my home lan sometimes. It's a dual boot wit Win98 & Caldera's Openlinux v1.2 on it.

I also still have an old Compaq Deskpro 286 that only could run DOS and I used that for a long time till I built the 133mhz system. I had a shell acct that I used to do text based net surfing stuff... :D
