A Giant Is Falling..

The legendary camera and film icon Kodak may not be around much longer. The company has filed for bankruptcy protection in an attempt to salvage part of its legend. Sad, but a part of the changing times.. from film to digital media.

That's surprising to me. I would have thought that a company that big would be smart enough to adapt to the way times were changing and shifting towards digital media.

I have seen their 3D solution and it still required wearing glasses. Granted the effect was a lot better than with any other solutions I have seen. Problem? Too expensive. Going the way of Betamax, video 2000, and all the other stuff that had better quality but wasn't cheap as chips. Miss the masses, miss the future...
