wireless problem

Postby nathanpiercy » Sat Apr 22, 2006 2:35 pm

i have an mn-730 wireless adapter(pci). i was fiddling with my water cooler, and i may have bumped the adapter or something, but now it isn't working. it worked fine before and now it doesn't. i reinstalled in a different pci slot, and now it works, but it can't pick up the wireless connection, and every other computer can. it says i'm connected to the connection, but then it doesn't let me get online or what not, all the others can. how do i solve? or has the card gone bad?

i spoke too soon. it worked then went quit again. is there something i can do to completely erase my computers memory of all settings. I've turned it off and taken it out and turned on again, to reinstall. i've deleted from device manager. i don't know what the deal is.
