No I actually haven't done it since the reinstall of Windows last month. But I unplugged that and my USB devices and it still shows up.
Its a laptop - so everything else is integrated.
Very weird.

Weird indeed. Should maybe install it and see where the drivers are coming from

Perhaps you viewed a program and didn't install it, similar to AOL's nagging reminders. There may be a line in the win.ini file that is prompting to install a new product (run=xxx). You may have to do a registry edit and check the "run" and "run once" keys to see what is causing this "wizard" to come up. Have had a few instances where when changing one specific device and rebooting, Windows finds "new" toys it never knew it had! Or forgot!! Especially motherboard resources.

Nothing much in startup besides a few apps for a wireless network card, acrobat, msn, etc...
It only has 8 items in the list.
I had just finished a Adaware and Spybot scan, plus a full virus scan. But I guess it couldn't hurt to run another - I do have new def files for Norton.

Think I figured it out.
For some time the system (a Toshiba Laptop) has been slowly dying hardware wise.
I just checked My Computer and noticed my DVDROM was missing...
Its been finicky for the past 6 months....
So I guess that's dead...
Hope this Windows install lasts....
