I have http://www.ebay.com/itm/ECS-H87H3-WM-V1-LGA1150-INTEL-H87-DDR3-SATA-6GB-S-UATX-MOTHERBOARD-NO-I-O-SHIELD-/391681006466 this board and the manual at the ECS website isn't like the one I have ... I can only find the H87H3-M at the site, which is a bit different
http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_DOWNLOAD.aspx?DetailID=1460&CategoryID=1&DetailName=Feature&MenuID=24&LanID=0
I see no way to hook up a bios speaker ... I'm getting power, but no video ... no system beep to tell what the trouble is. I'm replacing the board on the i7 machine. :(

Dang it! It won't boot up if I use both memory sticks ... they are the same ... just different model numbers ... I have to remove a stick for it to boot. I am able to get into the BIOS now.

Should be a tag on each module, for its model type. Google that along with the brand. Specs will tell the tale.
If one module is slower than the other, that should be first-detected. A faster module can overclock the slower one.
But if modules are different FSB speeds, get a matched pair!
Best to use the BIOS SPD factor for auto-detect and setting memory speed.

I will contact Kingston about it, if it won't work then they will have to send me one that does. It is apparent that I will have to do a clean install of the OS ... it won't boot into windows currently. I tried using a Mini tool boot CD but I guess it is corrupt, because when I enter into the program I get a scrambled screen. I'm going to download a new copy of it so I can format the drive. :-|

Okay ... I was able to get a better copy of mini tool to format the drive ... I had a bit of trouble at first when the program stated it won't work with windows server ... which I didn't have  I rebooted and the program worked ... got the drive formatted and have installed a clean install of windows 7. I tried using the other memory stick I had and it will not boot the computer so that new stick I bought is no good. I contacted the seller from ebay and Kingston ... I will probably go with sending the memory to Kington for a replacement. In the mean time I will get the OS updated and reinstall programs. :-|

The more common file format for flash memory is FAT32, an older format than current NTFS or HPFS, which Windows uses.
Newer formats can read and work older formats, but not the inverse. You would need a 'boot loader' compatible with the installed OS. http://www.bootdisk.com/ should have what is needed.

I can't believe it! I simply do not believe it!!! I haven't even begun to install all my software and the problem with the browsers stalling has return!!! It started when I started having problems with Chrome not responding. Now FireFox and IE won't respond! ... I had install the browser Brave ... and it gave me problems so I uninstalled it. Then Chrome and I uninstalled that. Now Firefox and IE. I did a clean install of the OS! Where is this problem coming from? :x I found out that the one ram stick turn out to be for a server ... sure looked like it was for a desktop. And the mother board doesn't have onboard sound so does that mean the board doesn't have beep codes?

Likely that one module is an ECC (error-correction code) type, which self-corrects error paging. Not suitable for most computer needs.
Some browser types are not really secure, and can allow tattle cookies and malware to get on a system.
The latest IE program with Windows 7 and newer should be more secure than older versions, if kept updated. Firefox is more secure, and only one program should be set as default browser.. the most secure one.
Good idea to do a total viral sweep of the hard drive, slaved in a known-clean system. Could also be some Registry entries that need to be manually removed.
Hijack This can scan the Registry, and list good and suspicious entries. Post a result here, if unsure about what entries should be taken out. http://filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
As to on-board sound, the audio system is separate from the BIOS error code system. Look for a tiny round component with a hole in the top, maybe black in color. Could be a "system" speaker. Not always present. Likely near the front panel header.

While waiting for someone to read the hijack log for me I have been trying other things like tweaking the start menu ... running malware programs ... so far no luck ... I am still having problems with the browsers ... all ... IE ... FF ... Chrome ... not responding. :(
