trying to load windows with bootable USB bios UEFI issue

I built a new PC ASrock Pro4 motherboard.. am trying to get win 7 pro on it but can't get it to work.. no disc drive, new copy of win 7 pro, product key, usb loaded with ISO on it.. need helpp.. pulling hair out.

In the BIOS, ensure the "legacy" status for USB is enabled. Include the drive in the search path for booting. Of course, the flash drive must be bootable.

AsRock <what chipset> Pro4? They have at least 6 varieties.

Have you put the .iso of windows 7 on the flash drive correctly?
I have been programming on computers since the ZX81.
I am an apprentice trained Electronics Engineer with qualifications to back it up.
I have been repairing computers since 1996.
Yet to some people I still know nothing...
