Welcome to Motherboards.org.
Exactly what is broken? A pin on the header, or a connector plug?
I note a bit of missing material on the top plug.
If only the connector plug, should not be a real problem, easily replaced if required, with the same type.
But if a broken pin on the header, best repaired by a pro service shop. The broken stub has to come out before a 'new' pin is soldered in.
If the device wire connectors stay in the plug when connected to the pins, that should not cause problems.
The connector sleeves do exert a good grip on the pins. No dangerous voltages to worry about.

Look around on the board, should be a small diagram of what the front panel connections are.
More info on the system, specific model, would be nice. Likely a rebranded board by another name.
As to wire colors.. red normally is for hdd activity LED, green for power LED, blue or other color for switches.
The common color white would be just that.. common ground or negative. The other color is the LED positive.
LEDs are polarity sensitive. No damage if connected wrong, just won't work.
As to those connector plugs.. look for tiny tabs on one side. Lift gently with a small needle, and the wire connector will slip out. One side of the connector has a "step" that keeps it locked in place.

Hi Frank,

Exactly what series Vectra VE is this? That info might help to give you information and possibly a technical manual on the motherboard.

As many boards as I have looked at over time I should recognize this enough to narrow it down. Perhaps a full pic of the board?
