FILE : v6.6.3790.3959
DATE: Sunday, February 18, 2007, 7:00:00 AM

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923845

v6.7.3790.4089 is the version listed as the newest for server 2003 64bit which should be the version for XP.. yes there is a download for XP x64...
I wonder why they never pushed it to windows update....!?

Since it isn't considered a security issue, not in the automatic update category.
Going to the MS update site and checking the "optional" updates should show it plus any other device drivers that are more compatible with the OS versions.
Hope all your troubles are "blown away".
