I've tried to boot up my computer, but it goes to BIOS each time I restart.
What it reads is," cmos check sum bad" and, also tells me to turn off power and reinstall the jumper in normal mode position.
Does anyone have any suggestions of what this means and how i can fix the problem. Thank you!

You can try to change the motherboard battery. The round variety is available at many stores in the watch battery section. It's a lithium 2032 for many boards. Check the label. And check the cmos jumper to be sure it's in the run position. You can download the board manual if you don't have a hardcopy.
