i built my system about 3 weeks ago and everything has been oh so nice.


until recently yesterday, I started getting random restarts? what can I do about this?

Try the new BIOS -- 1005.

Your mobo should have come with a cd that has an update downloader on it....but...... since I'm so nice :wink: :

Just go to the Asus website... www.asus.com then click on the Pan-Asia (English) link on the left, then navigate the support menu to the downloads section and then to the BIOS... you want either the 1004 or 1005 (try the 1005 and let us know how well it works).

Where did you find the bios upgrade 1005? The latest I have seen is 1004...

I am hoping this will fix my problems with my motherboard.

The 1005 might still be beta. If there is a problem with the board, the 1004 will definitely fix it. The 1005 is supposed to be a new and improved 1004, I guess.
