Anybody got an idea as to where I can get replacement jacks for my sound card?

I damaged my SB Live Value speaker and mic ports, and being a fool, I thought I'd just swap out the ports from an old SB 16. After removing the ports I found the SB 16 ports were Mono jacks (3 pin), and the SB Live needed Stereo jacks (5 pin - 2L, 2R, G) 8O . Oh and since one of the SB16 ports was damaged durring removal, It'ld be nice if they carried both stereo and mono jacks.

Creative's resoponse of course was "buy a new board, how about the new expensive model", and I know better than to try Radio Shack  , especially out here in the back woods of Arkansas. So far all my web searches have been in vain as well. Got any suggestions?

The only place else I know of is Active Electronics...

Or try to find a dead Sound Blaster at places like this:
