Hello all....

I am looking for an IDE that has the ability to use Cobol 74 and/or Cobol 85. Cobol doesn't have to be its primary or sole language. However, it has to be able to compile and debug. The main thing here is I am looking for something along the lines of free, for either Windows or Linux. I have seen programs like NetExpress, but the price tag, my god, the price tag. Anyway, I hope you can help me.

As always, thanks in advance with more to come.
