For programmers, the world is the computers.

But Microsoft had long been moving into the world of internet. On internet, it is no longer intranet. It is the world of .NET strategy or .net servers.

To program software for enterprise systems, you have to have a different set of tools, other than the commonly available languages and scripts.

Http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdnmag/issue ... fault.aspx

The list of tools:
Nunit
Ndoc
NAnt
Codesmith
FxCop
Snippet compiler
ASP.NET
Visual Studio.NET
Regulator
.NET Reflector

Have fun. And good luck on your next new job with higher pay?
