I used timing and sprites in BASICA (DOS 2.1), but Microsoft keeps 'upgrading' VB and I won't convert and re-learn fast enough to keep up - For animation, I would try C++ (or some tight assembler routines using direct GPU interfaces), for workstation or Web I would prefer JAVA, which will be more stable and 'backward compatible' as future versions arise.

Shouldn't you be using 'Visual Studio' (or whatever Micro$oft's latest is) now ?

We're motherboards.org, not programming.org...

Seems a bit more confrontative than needed. You win. There may not be any here. When you find the answer, please post it so that we might learn.

Because I want you to be able to succeed at learning to program, and perhaps to interact with others without being exceediingly annoying - there are two things I would suggest you keep in mind - especially when requesting free help...
1) ALL CAPS IS A LOT LIKE SHOUTING, AND WORSE WHEN BOLD
2) Excessive Use of exclamations or question marks can imply a severe lack of patience and tolerance - thus might be annoying. Two would indicate a sufficient extreme !!

These are largely why you come across as a screaming, impatient, ungrateful fool. Mellow out a little, the Programming forum is fairly new here - if you like it, respect it.

Well, one thing that happens a lot on these forums, is that we refer folks to where they need to look for help - try this - and let us know what you found.
