No it doesn't have a networking wizard at all - its all done by hand, or you can create a network configuration disk from a Windows XP machine.

Yep I've enabled internet connection sharing from the USB modem connection, and file and printer sharing are switched on both ends. I'm still in the dark, but there's still no rush to get it working at least.
