Port 25 closure is a recommendation from the blacklist people at CBL:

Now, does this mean closing port 25 on each and every machine, and using another? Where would it come from?

How can I acheive the goal of not letting viruses dribble out without totally cutting us off from the network world? I know there's stuff I am leaving out, but I need to know now.
