Opinions on D-Link DFE-530TX http://www.dlink.com/products/resource.asp?pid=122&rid=515&sec=1

Any other suggested NICs for the SE4440BX?
Mobo uses PC1 2.1.

Is it the se440bx or the se440bx-2? If the latter, then I'm currently running a D-Link DGE-528T gigEthernet card and it's been running great for ages (a couple of years or more). I can highly recommend the DGE-528T.

That motherboard is the core of one of my fileservers (the music fileserver, in fact). The system spec is as follows:

Processor
=========
Celeron 1.4GHz (Tualatin)
256kb L2 cache
400MHz fsb
1.5v
SL64V

RAM
===

512MB PC100 SDRAM
('Crucial' matched pair)

Motherboard
===========

Intel SE440BX-2

se440bx

I called D-Link and they recommended the
DFE-530TX+ > 10/100 Fast Ethernet Desktop PCI Adapter.
