Well.. (20k WU's under belt)

It is alot more interesting, and I'm sure the people at Stanford have found alot more use from the results from Folding, than the gang at Berkeley running SETI.

I quit [email protected] due to all the unchecked cheating going on.
It is still going on to this day.
I was running just under 50WU a day when I quit.
Besides, they are basically just recycling all the same WU's to many users.
And the next phase of Seti, is over 1 1/2 years behind the original deadline. Sheesh, even Microsoft isnt that slow.

So, with some prodding from a frog (inside joke), I switched over to Folding.

As far as [email protected] goes, as long as they have new research WU's to hand out, I will be grabbing them.

Actually I've been checking out the other teams web sites lately to see what they r up to (spy stuff) and I realized that most of the successful teams (the ones on the up) all have one thing in common. Good support from their web pages/sites. So thanks Motherboards.org for all your support..................and I'd like to thank my Mum.....................and the acadamy........

OOPS wrong speech.

There is only one way, and we are going that direction. :)
I've been getting a lot of smalller wu's (time to complete / points wise).
8 wu's = 124 points.

Just finished the capacitor replacement on my Abit VP6.
It is up and running again, with a pair of P3-1000 chips.

I upped the FSB from 133 to 145, and will see how she holds up.
I've got it stress testing a pair of tinkers right now.

Got a pair of 939 WU's, 70.9 points apiece.

If everything works fine, I'll bump it back up to 150+ tomorrow.

I stress test using prime95. That way you can find if the comp is unstable in half an hour and not have problems with any unfinished work packets.
