Interesting Southwind,gives a slightly different perspective. How often do they update,similar to overclockers?

It's the site that Overclockers is patterned from, so I assume that it is updated in the same way. I found it by clicking on the bottom of Overclockers webpage where it says

Click on your name on the master team list, will give you your individual stats
