pretty sure you're running as a service (if i remember correctly), so i wonder if you need to perform a reboot to get folding going? i haven't run folding as a service yet, so i'm not hands on experienced in that specific regard.

if you just pull up a command prompt an type
Code:
 net stop <service_name>
you can stop and start the service (either that or use the gui service list). i think this will prevent a reboot.

Your 250 and your 2500 are the same. Just 250 will advance by 5 while 2500 at 50. Also, this is like 500s. They're all really just grommack 100s.

My 250 seems to go in increments of 2. This morning when I checked it, it was at 152/250.

well i'm only getting tinkers at the moment .

and i have 3 machines that are all getting tinker wu's at this very moment. i tried to wipe all files except for the 3.25 beta console executable, but this still resulted in a tinker being downloaded. just let them run. it's what they are giving out.

this is correct lenn. sorry the vague discription. in this case yes, if you called the service Folding then
Code:

net stop Folding
net start Folding
will stop and start the service.

BUT two word service names need quotes around it. like the WINS Client service would be
Code:
 net stop "WINS Client"
net start "WINS Client"
