Unknown w/u's?

Postby Eddie2001 » Mon Dec 22, 2008 8:54 am

Recently I noticed a w/u that is showing 'unknown' for core, credit, preferred deadline and final deadline (using FahMon 2.3.4 with updates added).

Is this a real w/u or something bogus? Here is a cut&paste of the log file:

Some new projects are being issued, but not on the current projects list.. http://vspx27.stanford.edu/psummaryC.html .
Just recently got two.. P4400 and P4407.
Don't be alarmed if they finish early, without completion of the entire process. May be Beta trials before going fully public.

4437 and 4436 are worth 225 points. They are no longer beta units, they are in fact advmethods WU's. For some reason they aren't showing up on the Project Summary page and until they do FaHMon will show them as 0 points and Unknown.

Had two P-4400 WU proteins drop out before finishing. One 'died' at about 25 steps, the other around 56 steps. Still got a few points from them.

Yeah, had a few fail to finish properly here too, the majority are O.K though :)

Just checked the current projects list for two WUs I am running.. and was amazed to see the point score for P2673 as 3840 in the GROCVS class!
If you had a setup that could run those, in less than the 6 day limit, then WOW for a boost in point ranking! But likely the intent is for a 24/7 operation.
I still manage to finish all my WUs in about 1/2 the time or less.
