no, if you get locked out there are a couple different ways to regain control of your account (even if it's been hacked). i know a few people who actually had their accounts hacked and were controlled by others who were able to get them back. just takes some leg-work.

check their website, there's a few different ways to start.

No idea wtf you're trying to say, but I've had games on Steam for years and have NEVER had a problem at all. If you forget your account name/password....well that's your own fault. There are ways to recover it anyways.
