I have an old XP machine with an Intel DQ35J0 MB
Will this work well with Windows 10, or would I be better off with a new MB, processor and memory

Yes, I have an 'ancient' nvidia chipset board witha Q6600 and 4Gb of DDR2 running windows 10 64bit (pro) very happily!

Upgrade wise, it depends what you do. If you only surf web and do a few light things with the PC and upgrade is pointless. On the other hand, if you video edit or need maximum fps in gaming, then upgrading CPU/RAM and board is a must..

Will work fine apparently, just the ME driver needs to be seperately installed.
