Need to replace my motherboard and use the components I already have.
Has to be LGA 1150 compatible. Will the MSI H81M-E34 support a MSI GeForce GTX 970?

Should be no problem. Some links I found note 'yes'.
Just ensure your PSU is a tad more than adequate.. around 750 watts or better, considering the entire system needs.
