I am planning on getting a AMD Athlon XP 2400+ 266 FSB - 2.0 GHz

What board do yall suggest that I get for stableness and the ability to do some OC'n. I would like to try to stay under $120 if at all possible. also should I get water cooling for it or is there a HS/fan that will suffice.

I do alot of multi tasking and some quazi hard core gameing mostly I am looking for a board that is user friendly and stable with the ability to be upgraded in the future.

You might look at the Asus A7V8X. Newegg has a refurbished board for $89 with free shipping. You can see it at:

or they have a new board for $119(free shipping) at:

You can access 12 reviews of it at: http://www.8dimensional.com/mainboard-r ... 400reviews
