Help! How do I reinstall win 98se without detleting everything on my harddrive? :?:

i think that you would just reinstall the os! just back up your data- never know, so be safe

u have to dlete all the stuff since reinstalling os with all stuff on usually messes up your computer

If you re-run the Windows 98SE setup it will install overtop of the old copy. Files that are in other directories, not originally created by the computer during setup, will still remain intact but all programs will have to be reinstalled.

esp anti virus, as well as virus protection of cpu in bios (disable, then set back after)
