Before starting the download get at least some idea of how much of the hardware is compatible with windows 10. It would be not nice at all to start installing and stopping dead in your tracks because the storage controller or network card is not working on 10.
We hate rut, but we fear change.

The hardware specs are quite good (Intel i5 Processor, 8G RAM and 256G SSD)

The spec is quite good. i7, 8G RAM with 512 SSD.

p.s Windows Creation Tool failed as it says some kind of error happened after the ISO being downloaded.
Can you give the exact error message, only then we may be able to help you

Can't you download the Windows 10 OS file off of Microsoft's website free and put it on a USB flash drive. If you have the COA you should be good to go. The PC's hardware needs to be windows 10 compatible. Might have to set the boot order in the bios to boot first off the flash drive.
