Hello all,

I have been given a student windows 7 32bit upgrade disc with cd key. What I am wondering is, if I can borrow a Windows 7 64bit disc from a friend - will the 32 bit upgrade cd key work?

Ok thanks Mr T. Some people told me that the 32bit and 64bit cd keys are the same but I guess that was rubbish :)

Not rubbish. They were speaking of retail upgrades where you get both disks.
