Can anybody suggest a free operating system, probably one that could work on a low memory system. Im not sure why but im having trouble with Ubuntu 10.10 AND with Debian. It would be nice if i could get a list out of all free operating systems are out there too! Thanks!!

Im doing a little search here's the list that I found. Maybe it could help others like me.

Let me know about more that you know about.

Debian
Freespire
Google Chromium

Low memory, look at puppee...

Others to check out:

Macpup

Quirky...

The reason, I have used these in the past is when there is the rare issue that Ubuntu or another derivative fails to resolve...
