File Sharing Security

Postby c327 » Thu May 20, 2010 11:34 pm

I was wondering which of the W7 operating systems has a setting for file sharing security between PC's that are on a network? I see that XP Pro has a tic box for file sharing and XP Home does not.

Edit:

I see where the basic versions of W7 does have some limitations as far as file sharing settings goes.

A PC on a wireless home network with XP Home does not have this file sharing setting adjustment, so what other options does this XP Home PC have in that regard other than the router security settings?

We hate rut, but we fear change.
