Looking for bios for Foxconn N15235

Mobo = Foxconn N15235
BIOS type = PHOENIX-Award 04/18/2008-MCP73M06-6A61fk2C-00
BIOS version = 794F1P03
CPU = INTEL CORE2 DUO E8400 @3.00 GHZ
RAM = CRUCIAL PC2-5300U-555-13-ZZ 2x1GB

Machine keeps rebooting. Have checked everything, RAM, Graphic card, not overheating, HDD ok, etc. Final thing - flash the bios.

Help would be appreciated. :-|

If it worked properly before, but now has "hiccups", then look elsewhere before going the BIOS flash route. Possibly bad caps. Look at all the larger ones. Any bulging tops, leaning excessively or signs of leakage indicate they are bad. More info at www.badcaps.net/ .
A reseat of all device cards and memory modules may alleviate the problem. And the CPU may need a new application of thermal compound. The internal thermal sensors react quicker than the infusion to the heat sink.. and can trigger restarts or shut-downs. Could also be the PSU.. it is not immune from the 'bad caps' syndrome. Try another PSU of equal/higher wattage.
