Hi hope some one can help a deperate Scot!! I have an old Trigem Model Number TG7701/2525P
Bios String
51-3117-122497-00101111-071595-SIS5597_007_66_SIS5597

AMI Bios 07/15/97

It is running a 233mz processor with and 8.4GB hardrive (Still very well) I am hoping to drag its life out slightly longer by putting a 30 or 40 GB hardrive in but will need a BIOS upgrade to perform this. I have tried all over and cant seem to find an upgrade specificaly for this model. Can anyone help even with and altenative that may work

That bios string is not on record that I can find, you might try contacting Trigem:-

If I was to hazard a guess I would say that the Trigem Woodland+ was a possibility.

Trigem don't appear to list a bios for the board though:-

It's not the Woodland+ but a board called TPS-7500 and no real name for it. It appears only in the Gemstation 2525 and latest bios I know of is dated 20 nov 98. I'll check if I have the actual file on disk.

There's a manual for the TPS-7500 here:-

This appears to be a Point Of Sale machine. :?:

Thre's another Trigem socket 7 board here (chipset unknown):-

I think we need a description of the board in question to help untangle this mess.

Reviving a 10-year old thread. This board is known as MIDAS. The TPS-7500 may be known as TG7701 as well.
