Postby itscha » Sun Jun 16, 2002 10:35 am

OK. Hi all.
I have bought a MoBo for 5 $. I need a Manual and tech specs of this thing. All i know and i can see is, that it has a Intel 440BX chipset. It ist a µATX with 1 AGP, 3 PCI ans 1 ISA Slot. Also an controller from SMSC with Number: FDC37B807. A PCI-Controller from Intel:FW82371EB. It seems, it has UDMA/66, because 2 connectors are in blue color. At the side of the ISA-Slot the Name FOXCONN is marked. I spent 2 hoerus in searching.. but without results. It has a Slot1-for Pentium II. Also USB ans PS/2 connectors.
On the back, folowing number is marked:W26361-W9-Z1-03-36. Also ELEC5-03.

Sorry, i dont have a cam to make o photo of this little MoBo.

And.. sorry for my english... im german :wink:

Can somebody help me, please?!

Greetings to all earthlings.... Itscha

Nowhere near HWJ, this is a Siemens motherboard. Partnumber Dxxxx should be somewhere on the board, it's also visible in the startup screen

I've dealt with several product lines of Siemens (actually, there's a Siemens PC in my room right here), so I know how their markings look. I think it's an internally used part number as it has the same form of P/N that is used in their VCRs and TV sets.

Hi. Thanks for the answers. Hmm. The first one wasn't correct.
A SIEMENS Board? Let me think... a D-XXX number? Let me see... no. No D-Number. Just the W-XXX like discribed upwards. The MoBo is green.. if this can be a hint. And just one Serial RS232 Port. One USB, two PS/2, one parallel Port.
I cant start up this boeard, because i need some parts. :wink:
Damn! It has little Dip-Switches... 8 pieces.
What a nightmare...
Something else is interestant... The last of the 3 PCI-Ports and the ISA-Port are bent with an angle of 45 degrees.

Some another ideas? Meanwhile I will look in the net, if this will be a siemens board.

The only thing I can find is a MS-6156 motherboard that SIEMENS could have remarked.

But that angled slot thing is throwing me off...

depends on what is 45 degrees to itscha:

L = 90
7 = 45 (more or less)

itscha? L or 7?

If L we're looking at a riser card me thinks...
