Socket 7
4 x ISA
3 x PCI
4 x SIMM
1 x DIMM
PS2 mouse socket / Serial Keyboard
BIOS ID: 06/21/96-i430vx-2A59Ht5BC-00 Award Modular Bios v4.51PG
Chipset: Intel Triton 430VX rev 2
Super I/O chip: UMC/ITE 8669

Please help with ID of this MB?

I have solved my own problem :? , fixed is the PCCHIPS M520! Thanks! :D

10/97 patched for up to 64GB IDE HDD :
