OK, what we know of it is 5 ISA slots, 2 or maybe 3 VESA slots, so probably socket 3 ('486 processor), no chipset info, no partnumber info, no bios string and a blurry picture. Although a master, I cannot make very much out of this. Start looking for type numbers printed directly on the top surface of the motherboard.

If it is one there should be ASSY 00something in between the slots and DESIGNED in U.S.A. somewhere along the edge. We want the complete ASSY number then.

edit: The genoa 486VLG looks like it too. It has a SiS chipset as well. Although you can't read that from the original picture that was posted.

edit2: And one in my russian archive by the "name" of 486V.VII.3

Not many boards with 8 slots of which 3 VESA, 4 x 72p SIMM and the TAG RAM chip located like that...
