Identifying a component on a Dell optiplex 9020 micro mobo

Hello! The title says it all, the component in question is a black cube that has two leads and is labeled r23 1432 on the part, and LP9 on the PCB any help would be appreciated, I know it's not necessarly motherboard identifing but if you could direct me that would be great. Thanks!! :D

There are some common part assignments for electronics. A "c" would indicate a capacitor. an 'f" would indicate a fuse, an "r" would indicate a resistor. So likely that component is a resistor, per the design criteria. As to the "LP9", possibly a 'logical' port (or testing point?) identifier. Identity and status of components and board circuit diagrams are proprietary property of the manufacturer.
