at first glance, American Digicom DIGIS-386L. Will check.

Nope. 100% match with ECS/Elitegroup 386L.

First added, later identified but never thought of it already being there. I think I know now where th99 came from.

If I compare the stuff I downloaded once from supportsource, the numbering system gives a 100% match...
