Mystery Motherboard. Anyone heard of Athena?

Postby Rawz » Thu Jun 06, 2002 1:24 pm

My motherboard is a mystery to me. The only documents that came with my PC says "Athena", which I think is the Manufacturer. When I try to find out the Bios String ID to use in your detection programs, i get the required part as 0000, which I think must be corrupt. I have a Packard Bell 9600A pc, with a 600MHZ AMD Athlon processor, and My BIOS is an AMI BIOS dated at 1999. I cannot find any info printed on my motherboard which I can see.

Can you get the entire AMI bios string from the board? Surely one of the ID utilities will give it to you.
